{"id":18455,"date":"2025-04-11T14:07:07","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T12:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bfg.pl\/?post_type=faq&#038;p=18455"},"modified":"2025-05-21T11:21:46","modified_gmt":"2025-05-21T09:21:46","slug":"whose-deposits-are-not-covered","status":"publish","type":"faq","link":"https:\/\/bfg.pl\/en\/faq\/whose-deposits-are-not-covered\/","title":{"rendered":"Whose deposits are not covered?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the event of banks and cooperative savings and credit unions, the BFG guarantee does not cover funds deposited by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the State Treasury,<\/li>\n<li>Narodowy Bank Polski (National Bank of Poland),<\/li>\n<li>banks, foreign banks and credit institutions within the meaning of the Act \u2013 Banking Law<\/li>\n<li>cooperative savings and credit unions and the National Association of Cooperative Savings and Credit Unions,<\/li>\n<li>the Bank Guarantee Fund,<\/li>\n<li>financial institutions within the meaning of Regulation 575\/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms and amending Regulation (EU) No 648\/2012,<\/li>\n<li>investment firms within the meaning of Regulation 575\/2013 and \u2027recognised third-country investment firms referred to in Article 4 paragraph 1 point 25 of the said Regulation,<\/li>\n<li>persons and bodies unidentified by a bank or a cooperative savings and credit union, as the case may be,<\/li>\n<li>domestic and foreign insurance undertakings, as well as domestic and foreign insurance and reinsurance undertakings referred to in the Act on the Business of Insurance and Reinsurance,<\/li>\n<li>investment funds, investment fund companies, foreign funds, managing companies and branches of investment companies referred to in the Act on Investment Funds and Management of Alternative Investment Funds,<\/li>\n<li>open pension funds, employee pension funds, general pension societies and employee pension societies referred to in the Act on the Organisation and Operation of Pension Funds<\/li>\n<li>local government units,<\/li>\n<li>public authorities of any other Member State or of a third country, in particular, central governments, regional and local government units of these countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","format":"standard","class_list":["post-18455","faq","type-faq","status-publish","format-standard","hentry"],"acf":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/bfg.pl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faq\/18455","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/bfg.pl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faq"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/bfg.pl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/faq"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/bfg.pl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=18455"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
